Who we are

Stayflow Properties Ltd is a property management company based in London. We are the controller of the personal information you send us through this website. You can contact us at info@stayflowproperties.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us, such as a property postcode, property details or the dates you're looking for.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to talk to you about the property or accommodation you asked about. Our lawful basis is your request for us to contact you, and our legitimate interest in responding to it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It is stored by our website host (Netlify) and our email provider so that we can receive and reply to your enquiry. We only share it with anyone else where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for no more than two years after our last contact unless we enter into an agreement with you.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@stayflowproperties.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
